DESCRIPTION:Tour Details: Inspired by the Japanese concept of omakase, a dining experience in which you entrust the chef to curate a selection of dishes with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to hand, with the rounds of drinks for this session prepared on the day – à la minute – based on the taste preferences and desires of those in attendance.\nThe session will be hosted by our founder and creator, Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and ‘Great British Food Awards’.\nThe Small Print: Over 18s only.
