DESCRIPTION:About: As an extension to our new Cocktail Experience, Discovery Sessions will be taking one-off monthly deep-dives into a select number of the world’s most famous mixed drinks through a variety of themes.\nTour Details: In direct competition with London, New York and Paris, Tokyo is widely recognised as one of the world’s cocktail capitals though the history of Japanese cocktails extends further across the country. Via our range of Gins, Cocktail Bitters and Aperitivi & Digestivo we’ll be showcasing some of our favourites from the likes of the Bamboo, Line Cocktail, Million Dollar, Takumi’s Aviation, Kaikan Fizz, Trench 75, and Mezcal Milk Punch. The session will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab; author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’ and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and ‘The Great British Food Awards’.\nThe Small Print: Over 18s only.
