THE STORY
Launched in September 2025, Pietro Nicola Aminaro is the seventh offering from our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo; jointly inspired by amaros and the red bitters synonymous with Italian mixed drinks.
For the production of Aminaro five red botanicals including wild cherry bark, rhubarb root, saffron threads, red sandalwood and whole strawberries are compounded in neutral grain spirit with wormwood, Angelica root, chamomile flowers, coriander seed, lemon peel, orange peel and grapefruit peel before sweetening with cane sugar and bottling at a strength of 25%abv.
We believe it is best enjoyed chilled, over ice, or in variants of Cocktails, Highballs and Spritzes, though we do always suggest you share it with your nearest and dearest.
