Discovery Sessions (Pietro Nicola Cheese Pairings)
Tour Details: One of the most successful elements of our Art of the Aperitivo tasting sessions is the pairing of cheese with our liqueurs and aperitif wine, so we’ve decided to set-up a session dedicated to it. Attendees will be treated to five pairings featuring our walnut liqueur, peach aperitif, coffee amaro, lemon liqueur, and cacao butter liqueur. The session will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’ and ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’.
The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten*. Advance purchase only. Please note: Voucher price includes a 50cl bottle from our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.
Tour Time: 1pm – 3pm (Saturday)
Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
