Discovery Sessions (Corpse Revivers)
About: As an extension to our new Cocktail Experience, The House of Botanicals will be taking one-off deep-dives into a select number of the world’s most famous mixed drinks including the likes of the Negroni, White Lady and Martini.
Tour Details: Corpse Revivers were a one-time family of mixed drinks offered up by bartenders to those who’d consumed one too many the day before, with original references to Corpse Revivers dating back to the mid-1800s. The drinks have become synonymous with the Savoy Hotel thanks to its famed cocktail book originally published in 1930, and we’ll be showcasing a few of our favourite revivers including the likes of the Corpse Reviver #2, Michelada, Shaky Pete’s Ginger Brew, Red Snapper and Silver Fizz. The session will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and ‘ The Great British Food Awards’.
The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten*. Advance purchase only. Please note: Voucher price includes a 70cl or 50cl bottle from our range of Gins or Aperitivi & Digestivo. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.

Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
