APERITIVI & DIGESTIVO

Taking its name from the grandmother of our founder, the third brand of botanical products is our Italian inspired range of Aperitivi & Digestivo. Pietro Nicola is a celebration of aperitivo culture comprising liqueurs, amari and fortified wine, with each bottling using raw materials from the UK, Italy and North Africa; the countries where our founder’s family originate.

Pietro Nicola Nocino is the inaugural bottling from our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo. An aromatic, spiced and bittersweet Walnut Liqueur made using unripe Green Walnuts which are macerated in alcohol for forty days, and seasoned with an array of natural botanicals to contrast, compliment and unify the key flavour of green walnut. 

Pietro Nicola Pescaro is the third offering from our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo, part inspired by a vintage bottling we obtained in 2010. A fresh, juicy and bittersweet fortified & aromatised wine, Pescaro is manufactured by macerating select herbs and spices in English peach wine, and fortifying with botanical spirit.

Pietro Nicola Caffè Margaux is the second of our core range Aperitivi & Digestivo that takes cues from the roots of our founder and is predominantly inspired by the drinking culture of Italy. An aromatic, rich, bittersweet coffee amaro, it’s produced with barrel-rested coffee beans, juniper, cardamom, cacao nibs, star anise, citrus peels and vanilla.

Pietro Nicola Limoncello is a distillery exclusive from our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo, this time inspired by Italy’s famed spirit. A fresh, citrus and herbal lemon liqueur, Limoncello adds layers of citrus flavour atop each other with a proprietary botanical spirit, Amalfi lemon zest, lemon balm, and lemon oleo.
