Bragher (meaning “gossip” in Emilian dialect) is a sparkling white wine by Vitivinicola Fangareggi, produced using the Charmat method in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. Founded in 2005 by Giuseppe Fangareggi, the winery is a fourth-generation family business producing since the 1800’s. Today, Giuseppe’s son Matteo, runs the farm along with his mother, Margherita, and his uncle, Roberto.

We recommend serving chilled alongside light cheeses and seafood, and in drinks such as the Pescaro Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, French 75, Sgroppino and Negroni Sbagliato.

Tasting Notes: “Bragher has an initial fresh aroma of green apple, lemon zest and grapefruit. To taste the wine is pleasantly dry, with sustained freshness balanced with an interesting tactile perception offered up by rich and persistent bubbles.”
