Blended to the specifications of David Cordoba, The Lovers Rum is the inaugural bottling by Mr. D Spirits and the first to feature in our recommended series.
As a former bartender at Bramble in Edinburgh, the former Global Brand Ambassador for Bacardi, and the Spirits Director for Proof & Co. in Singapore, David is affectionately known worldwide as Mr. Daiquiri which this rum has been specifically designed for, however don’t overlook other classics such as the Mojito, Cuba Libre, Mary Pickford, Royal Bermuda Yacht Club, Fannie Ward, Nacional, Daisy de Santiago, Whist and El Presidente.
Tasting Notes: “Our Lovers Rum blend has an initial aroma of ripe tropical fruits, followed by a delicate flavour combining fruity, sweet and peppery notes with dryness and elegant tannins that seduce your palate, leaving you wanting more.”
