Discovery Sessions (Negroni Week 2025)
Session Details: With the world’s rediscovered love of gin, bitters and fortified wine, the Negroni has risen to be one of the world’s most popular mixed drinks. Attendees at our Negroni Week tastings will be treated to four drinks that showcase the drink’s evolution from its origins through variants such as the Milano-Torino, Americano, Bicicletta, Sbagliato, Cardinale, Right Hand, Caffè Negroni and Cacao Negroni, with each drink being paired with a light bite. The sessions will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and ‘Great British Food Awards’.
The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten*. Advance purchase only. Please note: Voucher price includes a 70cl or 50cl bottle from our range of Gins and Aperitivi & Digestivo. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.
Tour Time: 6pm – 8pm (Wednesday-Friday), 1pm – 3pm (Saturday)
Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
