Discovery Sessions (Three Martini Lunch)

Tour Details: With the launch of our new Sfizi Extra Dry Vermouth we’ll be showcasing it at the Three Martini Lunch, paying homage to the tradition that gained popularity with American businessmen and women in the 60s and 70s. Attendees will enjoy a welcome Vermouth & Soda before being treated to three drinks that showcase the evolution of the Martini from its origins with the Martinez, through the birth of the Dry Martini, via serves such as the Marguerite, Tuxedo, Fifty-Fifty, Montgomery, Gibson, Poet’s Dream, Turf Club, Joy Division, Buckeye, Alaska, Dunhill Special, Lone Tree, Puritan, Ford Cocktail, Dorothy’s Delight, Queen Elizabeth and Vancouver to name but a few potential variants. The session will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and ‘Great British Food Awards’.

The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten*. Advance purchase required. Please note: Voucher price includes a 50cl bottle of Sfizi Extra Dry Vermouth. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.

Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
