THE STORY
Launched in May 2026, Pietro Nicola Sfizi Extra Dry is the first from our family of Vermouths, taking our flavour first approach to create a modern aromatised wine with our heritage at its heart through Scottish, Italian and North African botanicals.
Manufactured in the heart of Aberdeen, Sfizi Extra Dry Vermouth is produced by fortifying an Italian white wine before aromatising with wormwood and twelve additional citrus peels, herbs, flowers, seeds and spices to offer up a Crisp, Herbal and Savoury aperitivo. The literal meaning of Sfizi in Italian is, “…whimsical, delicious or satisfying a craving,” which we believe perfectly summarises Vermouth and the Aperitivo Hour.
We believe it is best enjoyed chilled, over ice, or in variants of Cocktails, Highballs and the Dry Martini, though we do always suggest you share it with your nearest and dearest.
