Blended to the specifications of David Cordoba, The Stellar Rum XVII is the trilogy bottling from Mr. D Spirits, joining The Lovers and La Forza VIII.

As a former bartender at Bramble in Edinburgh, the former Global Brand Ambassador for Bacardi, and the Spirits Director for Proof & Co. in Singapore, David is affectionately known worldwide as Mr. Daiquiri with The Stellar Rum having been designed to let rum’s natural flavour shine, with just a subtle hint of aged spirit added for further character. We recommend in classics such as Daiquiri, Mojito, Mai Tai, Cuba Libre, Ti’ Punch and a Three Dots And A Dash.

Tasting Notes: “The Stellar Rum has an initial aroma of green banana, tropical pineapple, cracked black pepper and grassy undertones, followed by a delicate flavour profile that is fresh, green, fruity and citrusy with a slight savoury character. To finish the rum has an almond-like nuttiness that is warming, clean and complex. A truly outstanding liquid.”
