Discovery Sessions (Coffee Cocktails)
About: As an extension to our new Cocktail Experience, Discovery Sessions will be taking one-off monthly deep-dives into a select number of the world’s most famous mixed drinks through a variety of themes.
Tour Details: With our Pietro Nicola Caffè Margaux having undergone a recipe formulation, turning it from a barrel-rested coffee spirit into a barrel-rested coffee amaro, we’ll be showcasing four serves with the updated recipe including the likes of the Revolver (𝘉𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘯, 𝘊𝘢𝘧𝘧è 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘶𝘹, 𝘖𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘉𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴), Americano (𝘐𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩, 𝘊𝘢𝘧𝘧è 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘶𝘹, 𝘚𝘰𝘥𝘢), Mr. Bali Hai (𝘙𝘶𝘮, 𝘊𝘢𝘧𝘧è 𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘶𝘹, 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘦, 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘩 𝘓𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘯) and Caffè Negroni (𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦𝘥). The session will be hosted by our founder and creator, Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Fix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’ and ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’.
The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten*. Advance purchase only. Please note: Voucher price includes a 50cl bottle of barrel-rested coffee amaro, Caffè Margaux. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.
Tour Time: 1pm – 3pm (Saturday)
Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
