The first from our family of Sfizi Vermouths this Extra Dry variant takes our flavour first approach to create a modern Vermouth with our heritage at its heart, and is designed specifically for drinks such as the Dry Martini, Maxim, Bamboo and Chrysanthemum.
Manufactured in the heart of Aberdeen, Sfizi Extra Dry Vermouth is produced by fortifying an Italian white wine before aromatising with wormwood and twelve additional citrus peels, herbs, flowers, seeds and spices to offer up a Crisp, Herbal and Savoury aperitivo.
Due to its wine-based nature we highly recommend storing in the fridge and consuming within 6-8 weeks.
