THE STORY
Launched in March 2025, Pietro Nicola Caffè Margaux is the second of our core range Aperitivi & Digestivo that takes cues from the roots of our founder and is predominantly inspired by the drinking culture of Italy.
An aromatic, rich, and bittersweet coffee amaro, Caffè Margaux (pronounced Kah-fay Mar-Go) is produced with barrel-rested coffee beans and seven additional botanicals including pine rich juniper berries, aromatic green cardamom, earthy star anise, fragrant vanilla beans, bitter cacao nibs and bright orange and lemon peels.
We believe it is best enjoyed chilled, over ice and in variants of Highballs, Sangarees or Cocktails such as the Revolver or Caffè Negroni.
