Unique experiences exploring the cultural influence of our favourite spirits and mixed drinks
DISCOVERY SESSIONS
Running in tandem with our regular Gin Tour & Tasting, Cocktail Experience and Art of the Aperitivo events, our Discovery Sessions are themed experiences aimed at those with a deeper interest in mixed drinks and their history and mystery, focusing on their cultural influence and events such as World Cocktail Day or Negroni Week.
Previous events have included an exploration into the Three Martini Lunch, The World of Fizz, Corpse Revivers, Grape based wines & spirits, London Cocktail History, Cheese Pairings with our range of Aperitivi & Digestivo, and a takeover event with David Cordoba of The Lovers Rum, as well as featuring rare spirits such as cocktails bitters from the 1800s, Italian and French liqueurs from the early 1900s, and gins from the 1960s.

Strictly over 18s only. Advance purchase necessary. Tickets include a bottle from our core range Gins or Aperitivi & Digestivo.
THE DRINKS
Each session will highlight an array of mixed drinks related to the theme of the event such as Americanos and Boulevardiers for Negroni Week, beer & spirit pairings for the Hauf & Hauf tasting, Bloody Marys and Micheladas at the Corpse Reviver session, or the Martinez and Gin & It at the Three Martini Lunch.
