The House of Botanicals Cocktail Experience
Tour Details: Following a welcome introduction, attendees will sample four beverages covering key eras of mixed drink’s history including ‘The Golden Age’ of the late 1800s, the ‘US Prohibition’ of the 1920s, ‘Escapism’ in a post-war world and the ‘Renaissance’ of modern cocktail culture, and will include drinks such as the Martinez, Clover Club, Corpse Reviver #2, White Lady, Bee’s Knees, Gin Gin Mule and Gin Basil Smash. Sessions will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Mix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and the ‘Great British Food Awards’.
The Small Print: Over 18s only. Groups of no more than ten. Advance purchase only. Please note: Voucher price includes a 70cl or 50cl bottle from our range of Gins or Aperitivi & Digestivo. This can be collected on the day or on a date following the tasting.
Tour Times: 6pm – 8pm (Thursday & Friday) and 1pm – 3pm (Saturdays). Additional time/s and date/s can be made upon request, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Upon cancellation of a booked event, bottles will be made available for collection and all confirmed bookings will be non-transferable or refundable.
