Tour Details: Following a welcome introduction, attendees will sample four beverages covering key eras of mixed drink’s history including ‘The Golden Age’ of the late 1800s, the ‘US Prohibition’ of the 1920s, ‘Escapism’ in a post-war world and the ‘Renaissance’ of modern cocktail culture, and will include drinks such as the Martinez, Clover Club, Corpse Reviver #2, White Lady, Bee’s Knees, Gin Gin Mule and Gin Basil Smash. Sessions will be hosted by our founder Adam Elan-Elmegirab, author of the ‘Book of Bitters’ and ‘How to Mix the Perfect Cocktail’, and formerly a multi-award winning bartender, UK Bartender of the Year Finalist, and judge for the ‘World’s 50 Best Bar Awards’, ‘Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards’ and the ‘Great British Food Awards’
