A true Navy Strength variant of our award winning ABZ Dry Gin, as selected by the Saffron tier members of The House of Botanicals Member’s Club. This limited edition run will comprise no more than 300 bottles.

For the production of our Navy Strength ABZ Dry the gin is both distilled and compounded, starting with a traditional copper pot distillation of juniper berries, angelica root, orris root, coriander seed, cassia bark, almond, orange peel and lemon peel taking place before a maceration of our signature Moroccan saffron threads, Egyptian fennel seeds and a hint of Scottish strawberry. This secondary stage preserves the delicate flavour of the latter three ingredients, whilst also adding mouthfeel that would typically be lost with a distilled beverage. To finish the gin is bottled at a strength of 54.5% abv.

We recommend serving with dry tonic water and lemon zest, or in cocktails such as the Gimlet, Dry Martini and Corpse Reviver #2.
