For lovers of the Gibson Martini, pickled onions are regularly served as an accompaniment to our drinks or on small plates alongside our Pietro Nicola range. The onions also make for an excellent accompaniment to a cheeseboard, charcuterie, or sliced thinly in a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients: Onions (SULPHITES); water; vinegar; salt; flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate and disodium ribonucleotides; acid: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid; preservative: potassium sorbate. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of ALMONDS and FISH.
Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated in a non-metallic container, covered in the brine and consume within 7 days.
